The Claim Journey
The Public Adjusting Process
A. Document: During our initial meeting, we will come out to your property to meet with you to document any findings, review our contract, and collect additional insurance-related documentation.
B. Discovery: Once we have compiled the necessary documents, (copy of home-owner’s policy, declarations page, all insurance correspondence, and signed contract) we will conduct a conclusive review & construct a claim narrative to submit to your insurance company.
C. Delivery: We contact your insurance company & present our argument for coverage along with all supporting documents.
D. Decision: Should your insurance carrier agree with our argument, approval for final settlement will be sent for your approval. Should your insurance carrier disagree, a law firm will be recommended to you in order to proceed with the next steps in claims settlement.

What is a Public Adjuster (PA)? Public adjusters are state-licensed adjusters whose sole interest is the representation of policyholders.
Why use a PA? Let the experts do what they do best! Involving a PA on your property claim allows
you, the policyholder, to maximize your claim experience and reach a swift, satisfactory solution.
What is the cost? There is zero out-of-pocket cost involved in using a PA; if your claim is not settled, we do not get paid! Our 10% fee comes directly from insurance proceeds and are paid upon settlement.
